Communication was good especially with Megan. My objective from the start was to get a VA loan with 0 points because we intended to pay it off as soon as our current house sold. Things were going smoothly until 5 days before the closing date, when Wes told us that we had to pay almost 1 percentage point at closing (an extra $4,000). Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Loan Assistants were patient and shared all information needed for my mortage loan. All representatives answered my questions by clearly explaining the questions I asked regarding my loan. Once and only once a representative gave me incorrect information, but quickly (within minutes) called me back and emailed me to advise of the error.
