Seriously, if anyone needs a lender, go to Wes. We had a difficult buying situation and he got it done! Even came by my home for paperwork to make it easier for me when I was busy etc…. He is an upfront, honest person as well. Great personality!!! I wouldn’t waste your time looking for anyone else! Wes is AMAZING!!!!

There's no other word I could use to describe Wes and Southern Trust Mortgage during our home-buying process. We can in having little to no idea what to expect and many things felt overwhelming. Wes and his team made sure to go over every part of the home-buying journey and helped ensure we were 100% comfortable with how things were going every step of the way. Wes was extremely responsive and was available for any and all questions that I had, no matter how small. I felt very comfortable with the process knowing that we had a knowledgeable point of contact throughout. The other staff I spoke with at Southern Trust (Meg and Katie) were also very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Southern Trust to anyone buying in the Virginia Beach area based on my experience.

Have used Wes twice in the last two years. He's been great. He makes things easy. I got a great rate. His staff was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Wes Flowers.

Wes Flowers is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy man. He has proven to me to have integrity and compassion when no one is looking. Maybe southern trust mortgage should have the logo “you’re in good hands”. Wes handled two home purchases for me in the last 8 years, we have to say we are completely satisfied above and beyond. We were having a new home built, and had to switch lenders a month before closing. Wes and his team at Southern Trust went immediately to work on my loan, and made it a smooth and painless process all the way through. And yes, we closed on time. We cant thank them enough.

Wes was able to get me in a home fast and easy with no troubles at all. After working with another lender crefco i had been robbed of my money and treated poorly. Wes and his team got me in my house in less than a month with no issues at all would recommend him and his team to anyone.
