From my initial inquiry to the end progress, I was served by competent, courteous and professional staff. They carefully walked me through each step and welcomed follow up questions whenever I misunderstood and called them for clarification. Every section of the process went just as they promised. Timelines were accurately followed. I am so grateful to *** and the rest of the team for removing a huge stressor from my life. I would strongly recommend Wesley Financial if/when you need to cancel a timeshare property.

I am beyond satisfied with the top-notch results I received from Wesley Financial, they do exactly what they say they will do, get you out of a very nasty timeshare. Those who assisted us at Wesley Financial Group, treated us like we were a part of their family with friendliness, understanding, and respect. They were all very professional.

WFG and its team assigned to assist me was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping me cancel my timeshare. They informed me of each step we would take through the process and kept me updated throughout and when the process seemed to slow down they’d reach out and we’d figure out why together. Yes, the process was long but the work and wait was well worth seeing that timeshare cancellation letter in the end.
