To tell the truth I was ready to ask for a refund, I had quite a few different people (7 or 8) put in charge of my case in the last couple years. Every time a new person took over it was like either completely starting over or the person wouldn't have a clue about the details. We went with WFG after hearing their ad on the radio. We had been lied to over and over again by our timeshare company regarding our contracts and maintenance fees. Hearing that ad changed everything and gave us hope that our situation could actually be resolved. We were told it could take 3 years to cancel our three timeshare contracts but we were pleasantly surprised when the whole process was completed in half that time. I got out of my timeshare, but I don't feel that it was worth the $6000 required to get WFG's assistance. Their only piece in the process was to provide a contact name and phone number/email address. I had to do all of the work (sending emails, meeting with the timeshare reps, etc.). I was expecting more help from them in the process. I probably could have done this myself if I had known that they were just gonna point me in the right direction and then have me do all of the work. Happy with the results.
