We started our cancellation in 4/22 At first I thought me and my partner was going to have a problem getting or timeshare cancelled because we kept getting denials saying we signed the documents and to call for other options. And when our rep was switched it had us nervous but Alex stepped right in and handled our case with ease we were comfortable with him he kept in contact to assure he was handling business 2/24 we are timeshare free thanks to Wesley Financial we are free of the burden.
We are very grateful for Wesley Financial Group; we were stuck in a timeshare that we could no longer afford or use. The time share company kept giving us the run around sending us to one department after another. With the help of Wesley, we got out of our timeshare in about 6 months. I am satisfied with the outcome. We still need the help of Wesley's credit repair team, but we're confident they will be able to complete this part of the resolution also.
