Wesley Financial Group and our representative Summer S. did a great job for my family. She made the process easy to understand and gave us step by step instructions on what to do at each point in the process. I am extremely happy with the work of WFG and Summer.
After owning a timeshare for almost thirty years our age and health dictated we were no longer able to travel and still had a number of years on our contract. Wesley Financial Group were very helpful with how to proceed with surrendering our time share. They worked with us on what to say and what not to say. My husband and I both feel we were extremely lucky to work with such great people and also lucky our timeshare company saw fit to let us withdraw from our financial obligations. Thanks
I contacted Wesley Financial in Decembeer 0f 2021 when I learned that the timeshare I was involved with lied to me on several items. I recieved a quick response and was told it could take up to 3 years to get out of it. I was assigned to Kristin K****, a Senior Resolution Specialist and we starteed working on it in January. She is awesome, she gave us direction and coaching on how to get rid of my timeshare. My husband and I started this journey two years ago. I'm sorry that he didn't live long enough to see the final end. I went through several representatives but was able to get the timeshare closed. Thank you Darlene Q****** for all your hard work.
We made it through the process in about 7 months, though we were told upfront that it could take as much as 36 months. I would add that some of that time was my own fault for not checking my own email as often as I could have, so this would have been done even sooner. Everything went exactly as it was explained to us in the beginning and they delivered on their promises 100%. Big thanks to Kaitlyn S. for taking it to the finish line. Thank you Wesley!

MY experience with Wesley financial was not the smoothest. However they know the process and they guided us through out the Process. I am very happy that I am no longer obligated to the time share we were scammed into.
