Well this is a very HAPPY DAY. WFG is is the place you all need to go to first when the burden of those predatory timeshare corporations get those teeth in you. The employees of WFG Especially Danielle R***** was so GREAT to work with. Believe me you can not beat the corporations with WFG . It took some time 21 month but they got all canceled. Finally out of our timeshare. A huge thanks goes out to Olivia how was there every step of the way woth us!
It took 2 years and 9 months, lots of money, lots of emails, copies made, certified mail and five resolution specialists to accomplish finally getting the Grant Deed filed. But the end result is good. We are out of the yearly fees and taxes. We have not made the trip to the timeshare since 2013. Therefore, in addition to what we think are WFG's rather high fees, we are out the assessments. This company is legit and I recommend if you need to get rid of your TIMESHARE this the company to use.
My representative, Jennifer, did a great job of picking up some loose pieces and walking us through the process. Still need to get everything completed but she did help us out.
Wesley Financial kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process until my timeshare was close. Very happy with their service.
