Amanda was the team lead who assisted me in ending my timeshare contract. She and everyone at the Wesley Financial Group (WFG) was so very professional, kind and attentive to my needs. After visiting on the phone with the initial representatives, I entered into my agreement with WFG with high expectations, which they exceeded immensely. I had a very good experience with Wesley financial. I have tried for quite some time to get rid of our timeshare. I had the misfortune of owning. I had several different people always wanting to help me. When I had a question, they would call me back within a day. Thanks to them. I am now timeshare free.
Wanted to get our timeshare cancelled and Wesley Financial Group came to the rescue. We thought WFG would do everything for us but that was not the case. We still had to write emails etc. but WFG had our backs the whole way. It took us 9 months to get our freedom. My only negative comment is that I thought WFG was a bit pricy for the amount we still had to do although the alternative was that we would be tied to the timeshare. We purchased a timeshare years ago. We soon realized that it was not right for us. They told us our contracts were not done correctly, but buying more points would straighten everything out and get us where we wanted to be. After this happened over and over, we decided to get out. Not as easy as getting in. We tried to negotiate with them to no avail, and then we came upon Wesley. I bought a timeshare with my mother thirty-five years ago. I tried lots of ways to unload it. One company ripped me off of thousands of dollars. Wesley Financial completed the job in fifteen months. The company was very attentive and responsive to my needs. Their personal contact was great. My circumstances were unique but i would highly recommend Wesley Financial to someone looking to get out of a timeshare.
