They were kind, compastionat, very professional. They helped us through the whole process in getting our timeshare approved to get us released from all obligations to the timeshare. We received our contract cancelation last week. What a weight off our shoulders. They are worth the time and monies spent. They saved us thousands. We can't thank Wesley Financial group enough for getting us free from the lies and pressures we had to go through at the meetings. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you want to be free again. ******

Wesley Financial Group is an Awesome company that did exactly what they promised in my situation. They kept constant contact and replied within a timely manner couldn't ask for more. Elyssa was our agent and she did an awesome job!!!

We are so thankful for Wesley Financial and our resolution specialist Sidney F. They told us it could take a little bit to get out from under the timeshare, but we were done before the year was up. Sidney was always on top of everything, she was very helpful with any question we may have had. Also as soon as we got our letter telling us our timeshare account had finally closed Wesley, was on top of that also to make sure and help us with any credit repair we may have needed. We are so very thankful for Wesley and Sidney.

I procrastinated at least 2 or 3 years before starting my process. The dues cost me almost as much as it did for Wesley Financial. If you're on the fence, here's a 'fact' you should know... You must stay current on your dues and continue paying them until you acquire a settlement from your Resort(s). Whether you use Wesley or not. Wesley Financial and my case manager did exactly what their advertisement's said they would do. Communication and follow up was great. Everything went through e-mail. FYI... Great results with minimum stress. Ashley was great . She gave us great advice on how to send appropriately worded letters to get our frustrations out to *******. I pray that ******* wo6be put out of business because they lie to people.

Ashley E****** was my resolution specialist and she was incredible. I never had any problems reaching her if the need arose. She was accessible by email, phone or text. I would promptly send letters to my timeshare when Ashley told me to; and I would always send her the copies of replies and proof the items were sent so we had a complete record or everything taking place. I am extremely happy to be out from under my timeshare and will soon have Wesley Financial Group paid in full, too. I don't think I could have found a more... read more

Fantastic service from Wesley Financial Group. We received superb treatment from the people we dealt with. We were able to complete the process from start to finish in 5 months. Special thanks to Barbie R***** who handled our case - she was very knowledgeable and provided us with the information and guidance in a timely manner.
