I rated it one star because I could not leave it blank, lets start with the racist leasing manager ******** *******. The leasing manager who is disrespectful, unprofessional and caters to Hispanic applicants over Black Americans. Latin applicants have a easier application process where African american applicants are given the run around on top of being disrespected. They list specials, on the rent than you apply. Than they lie to you and say you don't qualify, y because they don't wanna give you the quote un quote rent special. Don't fall for the scam how do I get denied with a credit score of 640
Workers in the rental office are very friendly in the beginning to get you signed into a contract. After that they are very disrespectful. I have complained several times about the appliances and have called and spoke to one of the men that will laugh on the phone at your complaints. They do not take their clients/ customers serious and come of very condescending. I will NEVER recommend to anyone! They also have an infestation of roaches that they just cannot seem to get rid of. I have lived in one apartment and co signed for 3 family members to live in these apartments. I am a retired disabled veteran with 22 years of active military service and school teacher. I gave my background to give some credence and clarification to the severity of the problems with this establishment. In other words I have lived in numerous locations and been around the block a few times. The leasing consulantant is full of **** and rude. She never remembers anything and is very disingenuous. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Their rent is too high for such incompetence!!!
