Apartment: Apartment was one of the nicest apartments I've rented. Very spacious and a comfortable layout. Plenty of natural light and lighting. Office/Maintenance Staff: Over my 30 month stay I mostly interacted with mainly Sidney, who was outstanding. The rest of the office staff were pleasant as well. I've been living at Wesley Kensington for close to a month. With the exception of a few small issues, the move here has been uneventful. I can't thank Sidney enough for his outstanding professionalism. He had the answers before I could even ask. He did a wonderful job ensuring that my preference and concerns were addressed. A true superstar!

Great place to live! I lived here before in 2016 and moved back again in 2022. Love the area. Would've given them 4 stars but the Gate is always broken.
Leasing Agent Rose Morelia was very professional and helpful. I just recently moved into Kensington but if my stay here is anything like the welcoming that Rose provided 2022 will be a great year.
Although there isn't a valet trash service and garbage is a hassle the leasing agents are very courteous and professional. Jasmine Burt help me with the move in process making it smooth and convenient.
I just moved here and the apartment complex is nice and the apartment is great. My leasing agent was great and still is. The only problem with this apartment complex is the maintenance team. It took me three days and calling everyday for them to finally to come through to fix the problem
Please be cautious when renting here! it seems more important to the office to get you in as a resident rather than respecting the unit you actually want. When I spoke up for myself, the leasing agent argued with me, stating that my reasons for not wanting the unit wasn't good enough! The communication is poor and overall a terrible experience. Very unprofessional. However, Mr. Ramirez tried to help the situation and I'm in contact with him now to help fix the issues.

Do NOT move to Wesley Kensington. Management is inconsistent, unresponsive, and not transparent. You'll get different answers from different staff, and it can take forever to get a reply. The building is old and it shows--issues with plumbing, high water bills, and even mold concerns that were dismissed. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom, and nothing about this place feels properly maintained. Rent keeps going up, but nothing gets updated. We stayed almost 5 years and saw little to no improvements.
