I lived here when the complex was first built almost 20 years ago so it's not been my experience recently but when they first opened the management staff was pretty much the same but the safety and the amenities were way better. I worked at Best Buy when it was across from the mall so my job was a bit of a walk but manageable. There were less residents in the neighborhood when I first moved in there and whoever was there was respectful of one another and kind. Once again the manager of 100 wesley kensington point Johnathan Ramirez is at it again intimating and bullying residents. Today I buzzed my friend and grandson who's 8 along with a buddy in the pool, they were swimming as I was 20 min away. The manager ordered them out of the pool " kids " along with my one guest I called to explain to the manager I was a few minutes away Johnathan proceeds to say he's revoking my privileges today along with my guest. These apartments look nice but they are GHETTO AF! Gate stays broken, car break ins, broken glass in the parking lot, people don't pick up after there, people sit in their cars at night and in the middle of the day just sitting there, people sit outside the complex playing music in there cars loud enough to where you hear it in your apartment. Loud obnoxious neighbors, dogs barking and you hear it in the breezeway, dogs all over the place so keep that in mind when walking outside your building.i know it's look like nice but ... read more

I have been here over a year and have experienced so many problems. 1. My husband's car has been vandalized TWICE. 2. I have been overcharged on two different occasions and had to reach out to the leasing office multiple times for a resolution. 3. We pay extra to have a unit with a washer/dryer.Our dryer never works. They have replaced it twice just to give us another broken dryer. 4. Our A/C has been out a week and we have received no help from the leasing office. 5. They send emails with certain rules but in person they... read more

I have lived in this complex since October 2023 and it gets worse as the days go by. I have contacted the leasing office by phone, email and walked in and no one ever follows up. Jonathan Ramirez is the property manager, but he never returns any calls, responds to any emails and hides in the back office when you come to the office in person. I have been promised by JC, SIdney and Sadie that I would be contacted by Jonathan regarding my concerns and I still have not seen or spoken to him since I moved into this community i... read more

For those that may need it they are managed by AVILA REAL ESTATE 770-518-2401. If there was a one star, we would give it. I have been in an apartment for the past 2- weeks with NO AC in 85-90+ degree temps with a 2 year old. They have repeatedly said they are waiting on part. When they did show, they said it was something outside that needed to be repaired, and that would be a process for the cycle to run. That was yesterday when the temp reached 92. PSA PS PSA i wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. my second year here and my last. i am pushing right now to get out of my lease . Management sucks, not all staff but my first bad experience with poor managemen, he runs from tenants hard to contact him. I've never saw management dodge tenants, very nasty attitude ect. He does not care how he treats tenants nore try making them comfortable fir the rates here .if I could rate a negative star I would. go elsewhere for these prices

I have been a resident at Wesley Kensington since 2017. I always pay my rent on time. The only time I contact the leasing office is for maintenance requests, which is also pretty rare. Within the last two years, there has been a change in the leasing management. Every last one of them rude when I have done nothing but make reasonable requests. Most recently, I had an issue with the leasing agent Sidney. He called me to tell me about a work request I put in and said it could not be completed when I have had it completed many ... read more

Whatever you do don't work with Rose! Took weeks of going back and fourth every time we gave her what she asked for she came back with more that we needed to give her down to us sending an email saying we would not park our truck there which we had no intentions on doing and have it parked in a truck lot. You would of thought we were buying the place with all that she asked for! Us not having a physical copy of our socials was an issue for her and she wouldn't even submit it without it she said.
