Worst complex.... Do your research before moving here .. mold all over the complex, cats all over your cars along with trash .... They don't come fix shit when you put a work order in but will be quick to charge you a late fee for the rent.... There are better complex around Lithonia/stonecrest ... Most unprofessional apartment I've ever came into contact with. Waisted 2 weeks of my time with them and definitely wouldn't recommend them. Sydney Clark, leasing agent, had a condescending attitude the whole time. He was very rude and the property manager was nearly impossible to reach. When he was reached, handled the situation poorly. Submitted an application with Lena a week ago and the turn around time was ridiculous. First she asked for an additional fee to hold the apartment when I was already told the apartment wasn't ready for a new resident as of yet. She insisted on the extra $350 and something just didn't feel right. I spoke with other residents of the complex and he hadn't experienced that, for his move was quick with no complications. This apartment complex is one I wish we had not selected for my husband. (Running construction project for 2 years) The day we moved my husband in - trash was EVERYWHERE around the trash dump, including on top of the roof (REALLY??? How can people be this lazy & gross?) People are CONSTANTLY running through the gates & breaking them. The office is seriously challenged, they never know anything & some are allergic to work! I wish I could give it less stars. The maintenance team is horrible! Just moved in and the AC is out. I've been calling about it since Saturday at 3 pm. I've left 5 messages through Saturday night and Sunday morning. It's Sunday at 11 and no one has been by to fix the AC. AC being out during the summer is considered an emergency. It was 86 degrees in the apartment last night. Cell phone signal is also terrible in the area. Definitely will be looking to get out of here within the next 30 days.
I've been waiting for over a week for someone to come and fix my fridge. Now all my food has gone bad!! Im beyond pissed at I am requesting money for my food. The gate never works. Whats the point of paying to stay in a gated community thats not gated.
I moved to this property in January. I signed a 6mo lease. However once my lease was turned in, it was somehow extended to 1yr without my knowledge!!! No one knows how this has happened, and no one is going to fix it! I'm just stuck here for another 6months!! Shaquala.. (Yes that's her name) was my leasing agent. All Im going to say is beware. Request physical copies of your lease once you sign via computer! Other than that the property is very clean and quiet!
First, had I not experienced what I'm going through now I would probably have rated them a 4. I never had an issue with them, my apartment was great and maintenance always came to the rescue when I needed them. My upstairs neighbors were involved in illegal activities which lasted months while I was there, however that came to a close maybe 2-3 months before I moved out so besides my apartment being in the middle of an apparent drug sting, all was well.
