I love how Wesley Ridge’s team is so caring and how anyone is willing to help another staff memeber. We’re all there to keep the residents and theirs families happy. It’s our mission. My mom moved into Wesley Woods 6 months ago and she and our family couldn't be happier. I keep telling her I feel like she's on a new cruise ship! It is spectacular in every way! The staff couldn't be more caring, and they go above and beyond in each and every department to make sure my mom is happy and well cared for! Everything has gone very well with my dad since day one!
Mom had a potential bug issue in her apartment. Dan (in Maintenance) took control, called an exterminator, talked with mom, kept me informed - he handled everything. And he did it efficiently, timely and most importantly, with the best attitude ever! Dan is very caring and calming. Mom loves him. And her family appreciates him SO much. I'm so pleased with the care my husband is receiving in the memory care unit! The staff is very caring and treat the residents like family. I also like that the activities staff is full time seven days a week vs part time five days a week as in a previous facility, which means the residents are encouraged to do things rather than sit in a row watching television most of the day. The meals are varied and good too. I'm very glad we made the move to Wesley Ridge!
Your staff handled my mother with dignity when she was being difficult. The nursing staff was a big help with my decisions on her care. Also, a big thank you to Amy for her help getting my mother moved in to BP last May.
Living in Wesley Ridge leaves us free to pretty much do as we please with our time. We don't need the many activities that are offered, because we have our own, but it's nice that they are offered to those who need them. I'm wondering if management has ever seriously considered installing solar panels on the roofs of our large buildings. In addition to saving money on electricity, it would help in a small way to reduce the CO2 emissions that are heating the environment, provide an example and reminder to the folks living ... read more
