RecommendedMy family and I would like to thank Dr. Doyon and the staff at New England Animal Medical Center for the wonderful treatment of our baby boy, Max. Max sadly passed away last week, on August 19th after a brief period of illness. Dr. Doyon was so caring and compassionate and we appreciate the efforts you went through to save Max. We have a 3 year old pure bred pit bull that I would not trust in anyone else’s care. This hospital is professional, clean, caring, honest and staffed with knowledgeable educated people. The costs for each procedure was given to me up front. The cost was also very reasonable for an emergency visit. They explained in detail her diagnosis and treatments and handled my fear aggressive dog the best any vet has yet to date. I will forever support them and forever recommend them. During a very difficult time for our pup, we can’t thank all of the doctors enough for getting our pup back to herself. After a horrible bite wound, that night our dog Daisy had to have an emergency surgery due to a hole in her abdomen. They were nothing but helpful talking us through the ENTIRE process. The surgeon called me once surgery was over at around 11:30PM to update us on how things went and exactly what happened. They are amazing, my dog Nova was not doing well at all I honestly don’t know what I would have done if something happened to my dog. After surgery and a few weeks of healing she’s back to her beautiful self ❤️
Our Daisy was just here for a very bad and dangerous bout of gastroenteritis and I have to say, they took such wonderful care of her and were so understanding and compassionate towards us. Couldn’t have been happier
The entire staff is great . The vets are very knowledgeable and tell you everything you need to know. Very professional and personable.
a few years back my ninja Cairn opened a folding door, climbed two shelves and got hold of a tin of baking Cocoa. she ate about a third of it, only weighing 10 lbs the dose could have been lethal! New England Animal Medical Center took her immediately, they saved her life! forever grateful to have such an incredible facility and staff available to us.
