RecommendedMy Logan had stomach surgery to remove a Gastric Polyp. Dr. Townsend had to remove 40% of his stomach along with the polyp. Doctors were very quick on returning my phone calls about my concerns which was greatly appreciated. Logan has fully recovered now. He is no longer anemic, loves to eat and has put weight on. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

RecommendedWe brought our dog to New England Animal Center yesterday morning with an emergency injury. Not only we’re they quick to react they were compassionate & understanding. I would highly recommend them. Our fur baby was home by last night after emergency surgery in the best of spirits! (Mom was still a mess) I can’t thank the staff enough.

RecommendedBrought my cat here at 4am to be seen for dental abscess issues and the care she received was excellent. They got me right in where the VCA was too busy to see me. Greeted me at the door and discussed my cats symptoms to the nurse. Dr called me 5 minutes later after performing a checkup. With my blessing gave her pain meds and a script for antibiotics to take with food. I’ll need a dental appt but I feel better my cat isn’t in pain until I can get her seen by a dentist.

RecommendedThe Veterinarian took the time to listen and did NOT try to rush him out. She was able to determine that it was his Lyme Disease medication. She gave him a shot for the nausea, he’s eating again and I am very satisfied!!!
RecommendedOur beagle injured his back Friday and our vet advised taking him to the medical center. The entire staff, from reception to the tech and doctor treated Baxter as though he was the only dog there. They are overwhelmed with clients and renovations but were caring and professional. The doctor, Stephanie Lacovelli, personally called several times with updates. His at home care plan was very detailed. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care our dog received.
