RecommendedCalled,brought Bean in. They met us in the parking lot fixed him up and brought him back out. Tough with COVID. They were busy but kept me informed and were very positive.
Dr Townsend is awesome. All the staff are very nice. They made our dog Rosie very comfortable during her visits.
Brought my cat here at 4am to be seen for dental abscess issues and the care she received was excellent. They got me right in where the VCA was too busy to see me. Greeted me at the door and discussed my cats symptoms to the nurse. Dr called me 5 minutes later after performing a checkup. With my blessing gave her pain meds and a script for antibiotics to take with food. I’ll need a dental appt but I feel better my cat isn’t in pain until I can get her seen by a dentist.
The Veterinarian took the time to listen and did NOT try to rush him out. She was able to determine that it was his Lyme Disease medication. She gave him a shot for the nausea, he’s eating again and I am very satisfied!!!
Our beagle injured his back Friday and our vet advised taking him to the medical center. The entire staff, from reception to the tech and doctor treated Baxter as though he was the only dog there. They are overwhelmed with clients and renovations but were caring and professional. The doctor, Stephanie Lacovelli, personally called several times with updates. His at home care plan was very detailed. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care our dog received.
Very organized, professional and everyone took such good care of our cat during both visits. Excellent communication as well.
I can't even put into words how awesome they have been towards my family and I during such a difficult time. Our 10 year old cat Harley had to go over the rainbow bridge because of a large tumor in his stomach. Every step of the way Dr. Kaluba kept us informed. I found him to be very kind and considerate, he also had a way of easing our minds on whether we made the correct decision. We will surely be back for Harleys sister Friendly's checkups. They go above and beyond and truly care about every single pet that arrives there. I couldn’t be more grateful to have them taking care of my pup while he was ill. What a stressful day but they certainly keep you calm and explain every option and concern. Thank you all so much !
