Just brought Missy home, has been under their care since Sat morning, poor baby had a hairball in her tummy she couldn't pass, she was coughing, very listless, didn't want to eat or drink like normal. They x-rayed her to verify this, called within a couple hours to let me know how she was doing and it did appear to be a hairball. Put her on an IV to hydrate her, took absolutely wonderful care of her. Also called me all weekend to update me on her condition. Picked up my dog from the NEAMC today where he got the BEST treatment. He had an infection that swelled up his head to the size of a balloon. The doctors treated him like one of their own, answered every phone call, kept us well informed and just took super care of him. We are thrilled with the care he received and highly recommend the NEAMC. GREAT DOCTORS, great people. Thank you soooooo much from my family from the bottom of hearts.
2 weeks ago my elderly dogs were near death. One, who has end stage cardiac disease,could not breathe. The other ( almost 15 years old) could not stand nor bear any weight and was crying in pain. Today they are sitting by me on my pool deck and one just came out of the pool after a swim!!!!! Thanks to NEAMC's awesome docs - both in the emergency and regular practice areas- as well as the inpatient hospital- what easily could have been a day spent missing my dogs is now a day enjoying their company by the pool!
