I have not even visited this office yet and I cannot express my gratitude enough. After a stressful few weeks of finding out about my cat's heart defect, I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. Their Emergency Critical Care department (open 24/7) is outstanding as are their General Practice veterinarians. They also have specialized veterinarians in many disciplines. In house x-ray, ultrasound, and CAT scan - you can't ask for better care for your fur-kids!
I've had to bring my cat Pinky there two times for an issue she has. The last time was last night. The phone calls before bringing her in were quite painful however once there please know the docs are FANTASTIC and probably have no idea what the receptionists put you through (torture). My advice to anyone is skip the call and just bring your animal in. The care for your animal is fantastic. They were so friendly and compassionate from the minute we walked in the door. They were patient with our questions and explained everything very clearly.
I recently (as in the last 24 hours) had to bring my puppy in for emergency aid and the doctor there made the whole process so much easier on me and my little pup! I can't thank the doctors and vet techs enough for making it a little easier on me when I had to leave her over night for observation and close watch! I had to bring my dog in for a broken claw on the weekend. The veterinary staff at NEAMC was awesome! Dr. Doyon took care of my dog while I was there. My consultation with her was pleasant and gentle. The most impactful employee there was Nicki. She came out to the waiting area and took a look at my dog while on her knees, and was very friendly and compassionate.
