It never fails, when your reg Vets office is jammed, closing early on a Saturday..that is when you need your Pet seen... Because our cat was so sick, our Vet told us about New Eng Animal Med Ctr & their emergency services! Thank goodness they did... New Eng Animal Med Car, took our cat right away, no waiting, came up with an immediate plan to help her & then spoke with us about long term choices. The staff was kind, patient, understanding.. I am so grateful for the amazing doctors and staff for their swift and compassionate response when our dog Mickey required emergency surgery .. They were so professional both medically and emotionally during this difficult time.

I have not even visited this office yet and I cannot express my gratitude enough. After a stressful few weeks of finding out about my cat's heart defect, I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. I am so grateful to the receptionist I spoke to tonight who guided me in the right direction. I was so discouraged after speaking to several hospitals out of Boston that seemed to have no understanding as to how difficult this time was for me. Their Emergency Critical Care department (open 24/7) is outstanding as are their General Practice veterinarians. They also have specialized veterinarians in many disciplines. In house x-ray, ultrasound, and CAT scan - you can't ask for better care for your fur-kids!

I've had to bring my cat Pinky there two times for an issue she has. The last time was last night. The phone calls before bringing her in were quite painful however once there please know the docs are FANTASTIC and probably have no idea what the receptionists put you through (torture). My advice to anyone is skip the call and just bring your animal in. The care for your animal is fantastic.
