I brought a baby opposum to this facility as its mom was hit by a car and he was the only survivor. I said multiple times that i will rehabillitate him or find a qualified facility as he was responsive and moving around, no visible injuries. This hack job of a facility euthanized him without giving him a chance or telling us they could do nothing about it. If you're looking to kill something, by all means come here. They made the absolutely best out of an awful situation. I felt my dog was completely safe and in the best hands. Can't thank them enough! Dr. Bishop is the best!

I brought my pug in for an ultrasound last week for GI issues. The ultrasound also showed a mass on his spleen so he needed both a biopsy and a full spleen removal. I was so worried about my dog but NEAMC were so knowledgeable and compassionate and got him in immediately for his surgery. They took wonderful care of him and the total cost actually came in below their original estimate. Everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs to the doctors were incredible throughout the whole process.

Every time I bring my dog, Blitz for an appointment I get in the car as I'm leaving and say, "Ya know, they are really great there; from the front desk to the doctors. They really know their stuff and are super thorough." I wouldn't take my boy anywhere else but here!
We just left here with Loki and Salem! Diane was incredible and very knowledgeable. We are moving to Hawaii and it's very difficult relocating pets there. Diane helped us get all the paperwork and tests we needed. I will never recommend another vet to anyone of my friends! I can tell you that I feel more at ease with this moving process with my to cats! I couldn't be happier. Diane I LOVE YOU.
Went there for my cat Brownie. Everyone was so compassionate and very helpfully and the Dr. Was the best. Explained everything so we could understand and listened to us even tho it was 1am and other animals came in also. With the same attention given to each kitty and dog. Very pleased and relieved
I work at a local veterinary hospital and we send many referrals to NEAMC. Recently, my own dog was diagnosed with lymphoma and I opted to see Dr. Glazer to give her chemo. Every interaction, both professionally and personally, has been a pleasant and informative one. I have friends employed there who always tell me how much they love it. I highly recommend.
