ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It has taken me a little bit to write this review. I don't even know where to start with how wonderful this place is and the people that work there!! We unfortunately had to put both of our dogs down within a 2 1/2 week time period due to cancer. Every single person in that office was so caring and so wonderful to both of our dogs and to us! First of all... the young lady that answered the phone when we were inquiring about appointments was very cheery and helpful. Being new to the area she was patient with my questions. We were able to schedule right away. Their hours are great...open till 6 with some weekend times and 24 hour emergency service. The facility is large and modern. Clean and smelled great. Remarkable Experience New to Ohio, Regular Yelp user, Saw rating and another comment from New to area Yelp review. With Yelps help, family referral, Made appt with friendly person who answered phone (dang I hate this getting older thing & CRS Disease) I had her name, she deserves a shout out, shucks. These people were great. Had a last minute emergency with one of our cats. We're able to see her, her her taken care of super fast even though they were busy. And were well priced. Loved the staff and all so much I wanted to use them for dog sitting for Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, they don't have many kennels and weren't able to accommodate my 50 lb dog last minute. So that was a bit of a bummer. However, I love these people so far. My new vet!
My dog is a super jumping, high flying, beyond hyper hot mess. It was time for his yearly check-up, and to be honest, I was tired of messing around with his normal vet office not accepting credit/debit cards so I was on the hunt. I have moved multiple times over the past 10 years so I understand the importance of finding a Vet Clinic you can trust. I've lived in Columbus now for about 3 years and I'm so happy using the services here and I trust this clinic. The staff is super friendly and always excited to see my dogs. No reviews yet? I'm surprised I'm the first. As the owner of an elderly, senile dog and 3 cats...and having moved a number of times in the past 5 years...I would say I've seen a number of vets. I even tried a few around Columbus before settling on Westerville Vet Clinic. I've worked with both Dr. Stoughton (for our dog) and Dr. Couling (for our cats). New to ohio just got a puppy and Not coming back here. There was a younger blond girl that was apart of the front office staff and the people in the back / technicians who weren't bad or tried to help. But the manager was crazy disrespectful when I told her to chill out and not have an attitude and then I mentioned wanting to talk to someone else after going in circles for a few minutes and her getting more hype or excited about it.
