They are just out to make money and Take advantage of pet owners in desperate times. They advertise free nail trims but will only do them if your dog is up to date with all vaccines. My dog was up to date with all vaccines with the exception of a flu shot. They told me they would trim his nails for free but I have to spend $80 of a flu shot for my dog. The vet techs are very kind, informative, and caring. Every time I come in they are always helpful and understanding. The veterinarian that owns this clinic is the opposite. Yes, he cared for my injured dog, but made me feel about an inch tall. He was not kind nor empathetic towards me. He has horrible bedside manner and is very judgemental. I don't recommend their health care plan because it will only cover 1 emergency visit in 12 months and anything more is up to the veterinarian owner's discretion. Emergencies are just th... read more
If I could give negative stars, I certainly would!! I found this joke of a place online listed under emergency vet clinics. NOT HARDLY!!! When the emergency vet that was on call this morning (2/4/20) called back, he was rude off the bat. And when I asked him if they were open to any payment arrangements if the emergency cost got too high, he said, and I quote "I will not be leaving my house at 7am to go to the clinic, turn the lights on for someone who needs to make a payment arrangement." PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!!
I have not had great experiences here. Usually I just bear it but tonight was the last straw. The staff is really earnest in wanting to help but kind of lost with the basics of time management and consideration of the customer and pet. They try to upsell which I understand but I shut that down when I realized it was not valuable to my pet's well being. I am not going back unless my animals are on fire.
I have no idea how this vet gets such great reviews. The staff here is so clueless and every time I order a prescription it never gets filled until I call them 2 weeks later and start asking about it. We have been seeing one vet for a little over a year, and she became used to my cat (who hates the vet). Last time I went in they sent in a new vet who had no idea about my cat and I had to explain everything all over again and ended up paying money to them to just give them a rundown on everything that has happened over the pa... read more
Took my dog there to be groomed!!!!!!!!!!Never again. I have done a better job myself and I don't know what I'm doing. Obviously the woman didn't either and another customer was complaining that the price was not as quoted. Expensive especially from an amateur
