It was a pleasure working with Steve Krueger. He spoke honestly about the products we looked at. He did not hover while we looked at the furniture, but returned often to answer any and all questions we had. He was very personable and a true asset to the WG&R sales team in Oshkosh. He should be training new associates on how to treat customers. When I come back to buy more furniture, I'll call ahead to make sure Steve is there.

Laurie Duffy was a super sales manager. She knew the merchandise well and was able to answer all our questions. She was very patient as we were making our decision, and allowed us the time alone to discuss what we wanted. She wrote notes on delivery order to insure the the delivery will go smoothly and with complete service, as my husband will have just had hip surgery. The delivery is scheduled to suit our schedule!!
