Good was not expecting to buy a bed at this time but when Leon got me on the last mattress it felt so good I was trying to buy a flip mattress and no pillow top mattress

We were greeted by Cornelius who made us feel welcomed. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being “over the top”. He was courteous and respectful. Lynn, the store manager also was excellent in the way she helped us out. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Just a suggestion, you might stock and offer water to your customers—at least your buying customers as we did spend about 2 hours in store. One small thing that helps a company set themselves another notch above in the lost art of customer service.
