Betsy was great. Took time to explain. Excited for my new mattress now.
What an excellent experience it was to have Betsy help us while choosing a dining room table and chairs. She was extremely knowledgeable and did research to help us find a reasonable delivery date for our preferred choices. She thoroughly explained the Protection Plan which we declined only because my husband is so adverse to them. All in all it was a great experience and we have already called her to get more detail on another piece we are interested in.
I was in need of a new lift chair and being disabled is difficult to shop. I was able to communicate with Laurie Duffy about chairs I saw on the site and had questions about. she was most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When I was ready to buy , I only had to get to the store and she had everything ready for me.I wont shop anywhere else as long as she is there...
I will never ever shop at the store again or any WG&R I am so done with buying anything from the store. It's a waste of time. They want to charge you for everything but they don't want to stand behind you as a customer.
Poor service, manufacturer would not honor their warranty, nor would WG&R. I purchased 90% of my furniture over the past 40 years, but no more.
Avoid this store. Their memory foam beds do not hold up and the manufacturers warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. The store offered a 30% discount but anybody walking in off the street gets 25% off. WAS a forty year customer, but no more.
I will NEVER give WG&R my business nor will my friends & family after the HELL they have put me thru. I don’t have a lot of money and saved up to buy a $600 sofa from them back in early February and when I got it , one side it’s all broken and the stuffing is ripped out and showing in the arm! I have made numerous phone calls and no resolution! 3x’s now they were to replace it and as of today almost 3 months later I still have this broken couch and no resolution!!!! I am livid 😡😡😡😡
