I appreciated the quick responses and customer-friendly approach. The mobile application and website were user-friendly, and the processes were handled smoothly. However, it was disappointing that there was a significant difference between the initially quoted rate and the final rate, and the CD (Closing Disclosure) was barely prepared in time at the very last moment. Still, the rate was relatively good, and the consistently quick responses were very helpful.
