This company is beyond rude, lazy, unprofessional, the poorest customer service and seem to hide from problems that exist. They refuse to allow you to go over any sales reps head like a manager or vice president in my circumstance. Never received hot tub, but was billed a year later. Herb, salesman, had zero communication and still hasn't. Store and company have horrible customer service and excuses. I still have not been contacted by Aqua Living Stores regarding their billing error after I contacted them by phone and email.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. First off they didn't order my hot tub until two months after I placed and paid for the order. This was after me having to call them multiple times. Then I was promised extra amenities, but they are not following through on those. I have left multiple messages for Kathy and she refuses to get back to me. I even emailed with no response. I ordered s tub 6 months ago and still don't have it and can't get a delivery date, they leave me a number to call and I do and when someone answers they put me in someones voicemail STAY AWAY from this company
We have have waited for 10 months to get service on our hot tub... The work order is that old... Unfortunately we paid cash and have no recourse than to wait... DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY....
I ordered a swim spa in August of 2020. They required full payment upfront. I paid over $16,000 and was told my spa would take 6 weeks to 2 months. It is now September 2021 and I still do not have my spa. They kept delaying the delivery date using Covid as an excuse. Finally, several weeks ago, I was informed my spa was ready for delivery. They get a one star. i cannot reach anyone from the factory. i bought a hot tub less than one year ago. breaker keeps flipping on GFCI which tells me its not the outlet its the hot tub. had outlet inspected by certified electrician. nothing wrong in outlet. i cannot seem to reach Aqua Living Stores for help. also they fooled me into a five star review by promising me chemicals and hot tub filters. they said it was on shortage because of corona. the salesman name is Richard Moody. thats the guy who made the promise. they are ... read more
THIS COMPANY SUCKS. DON'T PURCHASE!!!! they don't answer the phone during business hours and neither does the corporate office. If you leave a VM message, don't expect a call back. they don't call you back either.
Terrible place giving me total run around after making me pay in full n continue to wait if anyone can help me resolve this situation is greatly appreciate it
