The staff and vets are all wonderful and caring. I have never had a bad experience with any of my dogs.
I have been taking my pets to WP for 25 years and I am always happy with the doctors and staff. Compassionate care and knowledgeable doctors. They will call and take the time to discuss results and see how the dog/cat is doing. I do wish they would have a separate entrance and exit for the sad day you have to say goodbye to your pet....A little more privacy would be nice.
We were visiting from out of town and had a sick dog with us that gave us concern. They were able to get her in within a day, and we saw Dr. Mauer. She was great! She did a thorough exam and offered good solutions. The rates were reasonable too. Given how stressed we were, the vet techs (friendly young man), front desk, and Dr. Mauer were all great. Highly reccomend.

Brandy went above and beyond to find the best solution for my injured dog. They were booked solid and she gave me her undivided attention while we sorted through appointment options. I wish all of my appointment bookings were as pleasant. The entire staff is clearly dedicated to the wellbeing every pet, big and small. Absolutely the best Vet clinic and the best staff. So glad I found them.
From the moment we arrived at White Pine Vet until we left, we were well taken care of. This was our first visit and will not be our last. I would highly recommend this practice. The Vet Tech and Dr. Lequient were friendly and knowledgeable. All of our concerns were addressed in an easily understandable way.
Wow! What a wonderful place. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Dr. MacDonald was wonderful and the vet tech was so experienced. We had no wait time and this lessened the stress on my pup. It's still expensive compared to St. Louis prices where we moved from but so much less than another veterinarian we saw prior a mile away or so. We have taken our cats an now dogs to White Pine for almost 25 years. From serious problems to minor ailments they show concern and give options for treatments. They always call to follow up on procedures the next day, which means a lot to us. We know there are other quality veterinary clinics in the area but have never felt the need to leave White Pine.
