We sold our house in Florida years ago and moved to West. We applied a few times with other mortgage companies but it was not a good experience, until we got to Kingman AZ and met Bill Brandt with American Pacific Mortgage. The whole process was very clear, smooth and positive. Exactly the way it should be when purchasing a new home. Nigel and his team were fantastic! They were able to help us track down all of the documents and grants as first time homebuyers. We ran into some miscommunication along the way and he called me to clarify! Everything went so smooth and it was such a great team to work with!
I just want to say how knowledgeable and helped Mr. Brandt was in my VA home loan program. Every question I had, he had answers for! The paperwork, I thought, would be a hassle as I'm 8 hours away.....but computerized DocuSign had everything under control! Very efficient, very helpful and I "highly recommend" asking for this gentleman to help with your next house!
