It was a breeze! I would give 5 stars if we were able to get the interest rate we originally thought we would get.
The process was very easy. I was kept informed throughout and any questions I had at any point, even after work hours at times were answered without any issues.

Bill was great at sitting down and explaining what all goes into the home loan process. This was our first home purchase and had numerous questions throughout the process. We also worked very closely with Tara. She made sure all of our milestones were being hit and even reminded us if we let something go unfinished for a few days.
