He also kept his word and met all deadlines and expectations for us to move in by the set timeline. I was especially proud to be able to support a minority business.

The lender, Mr. Willie Smith was extraordinarily professional, helpful, informative and responsive to every question and concern raised by the borrower. Mr. Smith was thorough throughout the process and anticipated every need that I would have as a customer. I would certainly used his services again for the next mortgage.

I was looking to move into a place where I only wanted to spend a certain about. Willie helped me by being very honest and direct with me. Sometimes I got very anxious on wanting houses outside of my budget. Willie really helped me put things into prospective. I could not ask for a better Mortgage Planner. I made a great investment and I am a homeowner who can still go out to dinner!
