When I initially worked with Mr Willie's company on a mortgage loan, I ended a contract 2 weeks before closing because of the seller. Having decent but little to no revolving credit was not a major obstacle for Mr. Smith. I was able to purchase a home in a timely fashion and not 6 months later as was advices by another company.

Willie and his team helped me get my FHA loan with minimum hassle. They were extremely thorough, requesting all the necessary documents well in advance, and if there were any hiccups (there always are), they jumped on them quickly. Buying a home is stressful and emotional. Willie and his team were fantastic at reducing that stress.Big shout-out to the processor, Skarelli. She worked supremely hard and late into the night sometimes to keep everything in order. I was extremely lucky to have her on my team.

Very up-front and knowledgeable. Addressed all my concerns and ensured that I understood and was satisfied with the response. Mr. Smith is honest and loyal. In all the moments I thought I feared things were going down hill he re-assured me not to worry.

When I first started with my search for a home, I reached out to Willie to find out exactly what type of home I would qualify for and he immediately got on the request and informed me on what I needed to know which helped me find my home in a very short length of time. Even though the process of getting my loan took longer than I expected, it was a great success in the end. I am very thankful to Willie for his time and all his effort to place me and my family in our home.

Willie Smith was great to work with. From the start of our mortgage situation, he saw where we needed to be and saw the vision of how we could get there. Every time we had an issue or question, he offered a solution or an answer. His reply's were quick and did not leave us in limbo. Willie did not only treat me like a client, but like family! He worked tirelessly anytime a road block came up. Anytime a question came up he was quick to respond. I was really impressed by his honesty, he showed me the reality of each scenario. I am thankful that God placed him in my path. My family and I are now 2nd time home buyers!
