My wife and I went in to this with a lot of horror stories from friends and family who had done home loan mortgages in the past, and I have to say that Willie and his team dispelled just about all of the stereotypes about the process of obtaining a loan, and we couldn't be happier! We got everything done on time and on budget, thanks to Willie and his team who went above and beyond to help us through everything. We will be referring them to anyone who is seeking a home loan, you can count on that!

I wouldn't change a thing about my experience, they treated me with kitten gloves! My questions were always answered in a timely manner, he was very knowledgeable in the whole process, understanding of my anxieties, and all most of all honest!

The process was explained every step of the way. I was informed of what the next step would be at each interval. The secure document submission eased the thought of documents being intercepted. I was very comfortable with this lender.

Could not have asked for a better team to work with! Communication was amazing! The process was explained every step of the way. Multiple emails and or phone calls per day to keep me informed of how the loan was progressing. I was never left in the dark, which was fantastic!

I am a self employed artist. Banks were not interested in giving me a loan. I had great credit and a hefty down payment. They just didn't want to back a condo for a questionable income source. Willie Smiths team was on top of it immediately. They did the impossible and I am sitting in my beach condo writing this now. Very happy with the staff. Held my hand through it all and made all the paper work go by smoothly. I highly recommend them.

I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH MISTER SMITH'S GROUP IN HANDLING THE PURCHASING OF A NEW HOME. AT TIMES I WAS FRUSTRATED WITH THE PROCESS,HE CALMED ME DOWN BY EXPLAINING THE IN'S AND OUT'S OF THE PROCESS SO WE COULD MOVE FORWARD. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE MISTER SMITH.
