My parents switched to this vet clinic after their previous vet gravely misdiagnosed their dog with kennel cough when it was in fact rather advanced lymes disease - Willow run was able to get help well recovered even though he was very very sick, and the whole staff was kind to my parents during a difficult time. I switched over promptly and was able to get gentle and patient help with my traumatized GSD rescue that needs special care in clinic spaces. Good and knowledgeable people 👍

Jumba (9 month old poodle) and I saw Dr. Miller today. It was our first time here and establishing a new veterinarian. Compliments to the staff, cleanliness of the establishment and professional caring Vet. She was very interested in what was going on, while busy still gave us the needed time Jumba deserved. I cannot say enough positive remarks about this practice. Dr. Latham is the most informative and caring professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of treating my dogs. She is always available to answer questions and she continually seeks new and exciting treatments and information for your pet.

Earlier this year, we moved from Chester County to Lancaster County. I made an appointment for our 14 1/2 year old black lab, Sadie, to get established. We felt so welcomed and taken care of! Dr. Arnold and her staff are amazing with my dog. She gets so nervous and usually needs to be muzzled, but my dog sailed through her annual check up, all because of the care and compassion of everyone at Willow Run! They always take time to comfort you and your pet
