I have been taking my dogs (4) to Willow Run for a number of years now and cannot say enough about their professionalism and the caring and compassion they show to me and for my pets. I have recommended them to a number for friends and family who now also use them for their pets...
We have been taking our pets here for years, and have referred many friends. The office is clean, and staff are friendly and professional. I have a dog with severe anxiety issues, and Dr. Arnold has earned her trust with her kindness and patience. Truly exceptional.
We have been coming here for years ad will continue for many more. They are reliable, compassionate, friendly, available people who truly do care about your pets. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. They are more affordable than most other vets. We drive 45 minutes to come here and it's worth the trip. Probably the most compassionate caring veterinary practice around. Our cat Saber and Scrappy have been patients there for some time. When Saber became ill this practice did many tests over a period of months to help give us answers. What they didn't do was fill us with false hope or push us into expensive treatments. They treated our cat with love and dignity.
I can't say enough good things about everyone at Willow Run. Be it emergency or routine care they are always professional and loving to our fur kids!
I had an emergency with my dog (Toby). They gave him an appointment right away, I was VERY grateful! Although it was not with his regular Doctor (Dr. Brunner...whom we love), Dr. Latham was EXCELLENT as well. I would feel comfortable seeing any of the doctors at Willow Run Vet:-) They are always friendly, the cost is affordable, and most importantly.....they understand how important my Toby is to me.
