the place doesn't care food is ok, staff treat you like kids, php is a joke. Just smoke,eat sleep for 20days or insurance aint paying then boom your gone, go to a real facility.

Stop double billing!! Not only does your rehab collossally suck, you've sent me 2 bills: 1 for 6587.84 on a Saturday no less. I had 2 wait all weekend b4 I could call WTC's business office and they said my account had a 0 balance and 2 "disregard" the "courtesy" notice. Wtf? Damn straight I owed nothing. I made sure going in I was fully covered and b4 I left, WTC's accounting office told me I owed 0. So why send me a bill, made out 2 me if it was merely a "courtesy" notice? I had to pick up my husband across the street from the treatment center at a fire house this morning. My husband witnessed drug dealers jumping over fences at night delivering to the patients there ...there was one young man that overdosed and died while he was there and ambulance came to pick up his dead body. apparently there were two men in the middle of an altercation slashing each other up with razor blades bleeding out -the ambulance had to come to pick them up to take them to the hospital.
