What a delightfully pleasant experience we had today buying a used vehicle from Eddie Thompson. He was very genial and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and explained each step of the process. The entire process felt very much up-front, honest and "mom and pop." Rob was very good in explaining the car on its operating features plus they work with me on my monthly payment. I wasn’t aware of the extra cost to cover the suv on repairs which raised my monthly payment.
Let me begin by stating that I loathe the process of purchasing a new car. A friend suggested that I travel to Lebanon and meet with Austin Jones. I can honestly say that he made the process enjoyable! He is friendly, knowledgeable, has outstanding communication skills, and is low pressure. He is also transparent, direct, and truthful; he doesn't play games with the purchase price. He genuinely cares about putting you in the vehicle you want. If you are considering a Hyundai, you will not go wrong with Austin!
