"Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had" I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. From the very beginning, the employees were friendly and attentive. "3rd Vehicle Purchase" This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Wilson County Hyundai. We have purchased 2 new vehicles here (a Velsoter, and a Santa Fe Sport). "The BEST experience " My experience with Rob Crockett was great. he was very patient with me and help make the best decision for my budget. I arrived not knowing if I was ready to buy new or used. I was looking mainly for a Tucson but found the Santa Fe sport to the better deal for me. I got a great deal and great Santa Fe. the whole experience was great and I recommend you talk to Rob Crockett.

"Friendly establishment" Employees were friendly, this family owned business wants to be helpful! The finance guy explained everything about our lease agreement, and answered all our questions. Overall a good experience.
"New Vehicle Purchase" I dealt with Doug Soileau , he is not an aggressive salesperson. Doug was very helpful , he spent a lot of time answering questions that we had, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a Hyundai.
"Customer is always right" I wanted the silver Sonata but they had written up the red one. They should have immediately Rewritten for the silver one. I'm still unhappy with my purchase because I didn't get my way
"Courteous and respectful " Not pushy at all. Explained the options on the car I was looking at and purchased. Great test drive opportunity. I liked that they let me take a decent drive in it. Very knowledgeable in their product. Their financing wasn't very good. Not competitive. It was freezing in the showroom!!! They spent time with me showing me all the things in the car after my purchase.
