"knowledgeable , no pressure, friendly, " Salesperson was able to answer all of my questions from normal to technical . There was no pressure whatsoever everyone at dealership trying to make you comfortable . Introduced us to maintenance, and everyone involved in the process right down to the owner. After we bought vehicle my salesman went over every single button and option on car so we would feel comfortable before we left. I've been in a lot of dealerships at 58yrs old and so far this was the best.
