"Mike Lyles" Mike was very attentive to my needs and concerns. he graciously shared his time with me on a return visit after my car purchase to answer more questions I will return to work with Mike and Wilson County Hyundai again
"Azera Purchase" Worked with Andrew most of the afternoon trying to determine which vehicle was right for me. He was very patient and helped me decide which to go with. Very professional and friendly.
"Friendly establishment" Employees were friendly, this family owned business wants to be helpful! The finance guy explained everything about our lease agreement, and answered all our questions. Overall a good experience.
"New Vehicle Purchase" I dealt with Doug Soileau , he is not an aggressive salesperson. Doug was very helpful , he spent a lot of time answering questions that we had, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a Hyundai.
"Customer is always right" I wanted the silver Sonata but they had written up the red one. They should have immediately Rewritten for the silver one. I'm still unhappy with my purchase because I didn't get my way
"Courteous and respectful " Not pushy at all. Explained the options on the car I was looking at and purchased. Great test drive opportunity. I liked that they let me take a decent drive in it. Very knowledgeable in their product. Their financing wasn't very good. Not competitive. It was freezing in the showroom!!! They spent time with me showing me all the things in the car after my purchase.
"Great service" Shelby was an awesome salesman! She really helped me get the deal I wanted and I love my brand new car :) thank you to the staff here!
