My 84 year old mother took it upon herself to sign a 6 month lease in this horrific place. She moved in there on June 30, 2018, and within days, she was crying and asking me to come get her. When my parents moved in August of 2016 the place was nice. It has gone downhill. Manager doesn't return calls. When complaints are expressed, [name removed] the general managers response is what can I do about it. Phone calls not returned. Food was good. Now it is poor. Service of food horrible. My parents what 45 minutes or more to get lunch. Elevator has broken down a number of times. Think twice before selecting this place.
Windward palm is not a place I would recommend anyone to send their love ones there. All the good people who were at windward,they let go and the new mangers are [Removed]

No stove or oven, no vitality. No open dining and few menu options.

Did you get the chance to visit the kitchen we have just for residents? Although we don't provide oven-stovetops in each of our rooms, many our residents enjoy this feature, and even find it a great way to make new friends and learn new recipes! At any rate, we appreciate you taking the time to visit and providing us your feedback.
Plus: Pleasant looking facility. The rooms are spacey enough. We saw both a 1 BR and a studio deluxe. Nice terraces, the larger apt had a bigger terrace than the studio. The place is 1/8 mile from a Publix and Walgreen. Utilities and cable are included in the rent. Washing machines/dryers are available in the halls in the evenings and all day Sat and Sun.
