The community is really nice, my father enjoys being there. We've had a couple of hiccups with admin services but they have been receptive to resolving our problems.

I recently moved my 92 year old dad here. After so many visit around town we settled on a ground floor one bedroom. The price was so affordable and the facility clean and friendly. He loves his apartment and the staff and the food is pretty good! Most of all they are responsive and willing to jump through hoops for the seniors living there. I am happy.

This was for a relative & they are happy with the community & amenities. Had no issues, and everything went smoothly.

We picked this community, because of the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. And the grounds were great to see via virtual tour/ phone and in person. They are caring, Reliable people in a nicely updated community building. The community is a perfect size and offers what you want and you chose what to participate in. The main reason I picked this community, was because of the price and what we were looking for. I would tell a friend, that it's a nice place. The people that work and live there are friendly and that my mom and step-dad both enjoy staying there.

It is truly a hidden gem. They really make you feel welcomed and matter. As a new family coming in, they are very attentive. They take the time to sit down and listen. It seems like they really care. Everyone seems to go the extra mile for my loved one. The place is clean, the service is fantastic. You can trust them there with your parents.

Overall this is a great community. They are updating the facility right now. The biggest thing is the food it is just mediocre. They have activities like outings to shopping centers and then they have planed activities like dollar tree. They have entertainment that comes in at least once a week, cards, arts and crafts and more. They are also installing a movie theater with movie seats and more for the residents right now.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was nice, but for myself it just did not seem like it was going to be a good comfortable fit. The dining room seemed to be out there in the middle of everyone coming and going, and the location was just to far away.

We chose Windward Palms at the time because it was narrowed down to 3 locations and they gave us a deal that if we signed up by end of the week they would waive move in feed. They also had very good amenities that we liked as well. He is in the larger of the 2 studios, they have a huge variety on apartment sizes. I have never eaten here myself, but my father is not a big fan of the food. I would recommend the community, but they would need to the pros and cons.
