Avoid this company! They delivered 1400 sf of flooring with defects in the finish and refuse to take responsibility. The material was damaged likely before packing and is visible right out of the box. Despite this they will not take responsibility or make good on the product. Customer service is non-existing and extremely difficult to deal with. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
AWFUL I do not recommend purchasing a floor from this company. My 1400 sf of flooring was delivered with defects in the finish on nearly all boards. The company refuses to take responsibility, though material was defective in un-opened packages. Customer service has been awful right from the time they took the credit card information. Do not deserve any stars. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
THE PERSON I WORKED WITH IS NO LONGER THERE IN THE KONA SHOP. THE ONLY OTHER EXPERIENCE IS WITH JULIE IN HONOLULU AND HER MANAGER. SHE PICKED UP WHERE DAVE LEFT OFF WHEN HE LEFT THE COMPANY. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS SOMEWHAT DISSATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT RECEIVING PROCESS. DAVE INDICATED THE SHIPMENT WOULD BE BROUGHT TO ME IN KONA FROM THE PIER. When I purchased my first flooring from Wisteria Lane in 2009, I was extremely pleased with the final product after installation in my home. This year when I set out to lay the leftover flooring, I discovered I was one length short. When I went to Wisteria to purchase t-molding I asked about purchasing one length. I ordered acacia laminate from Maui store-it was nicer and less expensive than anything in home depot etc. Salesman checked and it was in stock in Oahu. Day before it was due to arrive, I get call that warehouse misread stock numbers and I would have to wait till it arrived from China. Few weeks later it came in and I used the guy they recommended to pick up from port, deliver it, carry upstairs and open 51 boxes for $200. 5 days later he brings it and says 9 boxes got wet many having fungusy mold growing with swelled ends s... read more
They had us over a barrel. We needed spotted gum and they only had odd lots, which they sold to us at full retail. We installed one lot of engineered, which we normally would never use, in an isolated bedroom to keep it away from the solid wood flooring. Soon after installing, several pieces started to delaminate, causing "puffy" boards. The repair team came out in December, but have never returned to effect a repair.
