I’d go lower if I could to match the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Buyer beware of their 50 year warranty. They will try to blame the problem on you, deny you ever bought the flooring from them, stall, make excuses, imply you’re lying, imply you’ve mistreated your floor, imply your installer ripped you off, and throw in a few disrespectful political snipes just for kicks. Good afternoon Wisteria Lane in Kona I was hoping Olesya or Donna to be there cause they had convinced me that Wisteria is one of best locally own now I can’t say much it seems this person doesn’t know her products I needed some information about vinyl and some woods ,her English wasn’t great as well So I wasn’t convinced enough to buy any products

I was very pleased with Nadine Tamayose’s help in selecting my flooring. She was very helpful with information and even gave advice as to the color of flooring that would match with the current tile in the kitchen & bathrooms (Acacia). I can’t figure out how to get the review sent to you. Here’s what I wrote: The store on Kauai is great. Nadine helped me pick out flooring that would withstand the wear and tear that comes along with kids. They are very knowledgeable in all the flooring products and their uses. I took Nadine's suggestion and picked bamboo flooring that really stood up well, even when it got wet. I've had both my ohana unit, and my living room floored by Kauai Wisteria. Avoid this company! They delivered 1400 sf of flooring with defects in the finish and refuse to take responsibility. The material was damaged likely before packing and is visible right out of the box. Despite this they will not take responsibility or make good on the product. Customer service is non-existing and extremely difficult to deal with. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!

AWFUL I do not recommend purchasing a floor from this company. My 1400 sf of flooring was delivered with defects in the finish on nearly all boards. The company refuses to take responsibility, though material was defective in un-opened packages. Customer service has been awful right from the time they took the credit card information. Do not deserve any stars. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!

THE PERSON I WORKED WITH IS NO LONGER THERE IN THE KONA SHOP. THE ONLY OTHER EXPERIENCE IS WITH JULIE IN HONOLULU AND HER MANAGER. SHE PICKED UP WHERE DAVE LEFT OFF WHEN HE LEFT THE COMPANY. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS SOMEWHAT DISSATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT RECEIVING PROCESS. DAVE INDICATED THE SHIPMENT WOULD BE BROUGHT TO ME IN KONA FROM THE PIER. THE HONOLULU MANAGER CALLED ME AND WAS QUITE RUDE IN INFORMING ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RECEIPT FROM THE PIER TO MY HOME. HE DEFINITELY HAD VERY LITTLE CUSTOMER ... read more
