It was a very pleasant experience buying my wood flooring from Wisteria Lane. They had just the right wood flooring and I was able to have it picked up the same day.
The problem we have with the snap and click is that is still "squeaks" when we walk on it. It might be the installation. But I did install a bamboo floor that was tounge and grove that you glued the groove side and we are not having any issues
I like the appearance of my floor, but it makes so much noise when you walk on it. I thought it might get better with time, but it's been down for a year and hasn't gotten quieter. Friends have told me that the wood should have been allowed to adjust to the humidity and altitude of our location before being installed, and that this would have made for a quieter floor. When humidity is up it cracks more than when it's dry outside, but it always cracks a lot. I wish there was a solution. Sincerely, Dale Collier Kula, Maui

Great service and very professional. The order was filled quickly and the even took product back that was not used.
We absolutely love our acacia flooring. After a home depot nightmare and custom order we went to wisteria lane and left with flooring the same day with matching trim and transitions. We had very little waste. After a year the floors look great with little scratches. We even have a dog. Good service and product.
I was very pleased with the products (Acacia and bamboo hardwood flooring) and the service I received, including going to considerable efforts to find additional flooring for me to complete a project. The floors are beautiful!!
We purchased the Strand Bamboo flooring for our entire house with the exception of two bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Your representative on Maui, Ted Richardson, was a joy to work with. The flooring itself is amazing. It looks wonderful, is easy to clean, and does not scratch. We have a Golden Retriever so we have lots of fur on the floor, but no scratches.
