I have only good things to say about Wisteria. Dejon was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. She helped my husband and I choose the perfect floor. Mycal, the installer was also friendly and he and his partner did an excellent job. We love our floor and have plans to do more flooring in the near future. Wisteria is where we will go! The cost, the quality, the service were excellent -- and this is after having had the opposite experience with one of the large home improvement stores! Mahalo.
In 2013, we purchased Mango laminate wood flooring and baseboard from the Wisteria Lane Flooring located at Kauai. The representative, Nadine, is truly a rare breed these days for interaction with customers. She is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable of the products, efficient, welcoming, attentive, and regular followup for achieving customer satisfaction. A great no-hassle experience! Mrs. L.A. I’d go lower if I could to match the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Buyer beware of their 50 year warranty. They will try to blame the problem on you, deny you ever bought the flooring from them, stall, make excuses, imply you’re lying, imply you’ve mistreated your floor, imply your installer ripped you off, and throw in a few disrespectful political snipes just for kicks. Good afternoon Wisteria Lane in Kona I was hoping Olesya or Donna to be there cause they had convinced me that Wisteria is one of best locally own now I can’t say much it seems this person doesn’t know her products I needed some information about vinyl and some woods ,her English wasn’t great as well So I wasn’t convinced enough to buy any products
