This company hasn't helped me at all they have given me to a lawyer who was supposed to be working on my case And now has transferred me to another law firm I thought i was hiring good Business people but clearly I was wrong the lawyer I originally had Told me that he had too many cases so that's why he transferred me to another law firm Basically like my case doesn't matter Just because these guys are on the radio doesn't mean that they're a good business don't take your case to them they will just blow it off and give it t... read more

I feel like my husband and I did all the work and calls for them. Then we get along 3 week wait to recieve a check and still havent recieved the other and when we call noone returns our call and then we still have $56000 in hospital bills our settlement doesnt cover. Needless to say I wouldnt send my enemy to this firm.

they were good at first till I settled. Took most of settlement, lied, & abandoned my needs completely leaving me with nothing I asked for & didn't care I was still in pain either,

I contacted Eberstein & Witherite, they came to my house but when they realized that they would have to get the police report from the police dept that was too much for them, they were too lazy to get the police report and decided they couldn't take my case....smh, I then hired another firm who immediately got the police report with no problem. So to say they will work for you, I wouldn't know because they were lazy from the start.

They take so long I had a very small case and it's has taken close to a year and at the end I got 13,500. I'm only getting around 4,000.00. They have attitudes and take there time just a bad experience. I wish I went with another company. They have dragged out this case so long for such a small settlement they take forever to return call it makes no sense!!! Such a disappointment!
