You advertise on every radio show that you handle ALL kinds of car wrecks but in reality you only handle certain types of car wrecks. You should advertise for whatever type cases you are currently accepting. Your firm made me wait 7 days only to tell me I have a good case, one that you would normally take BUT at this you’re not accepting this type of car wreck case? Please don’t ever use these people. Nothing about them is consistent. They will avoid your calls claim documents and emails went to spam and still don’t pay you any mind. Almost a year later my case was given to a lawyer and he just called to introduce himself. Where is the professionalism. So this whole time I have been bugging Monica the secretary. Why is that. I want to remove my case and take it to another lawyer.

EW has truly been an inspiration to the attorney family. They were able to help with a situation, due to my lack of knowledge on what to do and how to contact the appropriate doctors for my injuries. They set everything up with all the doctors and organized all appointments around my schedule. Checked in on my weekly and supported me during the transition. This company hasn't helped me at all they have given me to a lawyer who was supposed to be working on my case And now has transferred me to another law firm I thought i was hiring good Business people but clearly I was wrong the lawyer I originally had Told me that he had too many cases so that's why he transferred me to another law firm Basically like my case doesn't matter Just because these guys are on the radio doesn't mean that they're a good business don't take your case to them they will just blow it off and give it t... read more

HORRIBLE !! I will never recommend e&w to anyone. I was in a car accident in Dec. Of last year & still have not received my check. The communication is non existent unless you are calling them. I was promised my check today & guess what they are CLOSED. A supervisor was suppose to call me, haven't received that either. Never again is all I can say.

My experience with Eberstein & Witherite has been an absolute nightmare and now I understand why there are some people that would rather settle than deal with an attorney. I was in an auto accident on September 2nd 2016 on my way to pick up my daughter in which she lives in Houston so I drive there every week to pick her up. So I was rear ended on the Freeway by a woman who was texting and driving and it caused a 5 car total wreck in which my vehicle was the only vehicle that did not strike another vehicle. I'm not pleased with Eberstine & Witherite the handling of my case has not been the best. I am not pleased with the way my settlement is being handled. I receive notification from the insurance company that a payment was sent to everstine & witherite. After 2 weeks and no notification of the payment being received Eberstine and Witherite, I contacted them. I was informed that a settlement payment could not be released to me prior to 30 days.
