I highly recommend Eberstein & Witherite. From start to finish all of their staff from the Receptionist, Care Manager's, Assistant's, and Lawyer's were all very helpful and great to work with! Brandon was my lawyer and he always kept me posted on my case and was very responsive and understanding.

I would recommend Eberstein & Witherite because they fight to get your money. I was sent to good doctors to be treated. My attorney Brandon is a cool guy...he listened, cooperated and worked hard for me.

The Eberstein and Witherite Team did an excellent job at covering all bases and coordinating efforts efficiently and effectively. First, I want to thank Brian Eberstein & Amy Witherite for taking my case. The first representative that I met was Mr. Hugo, and he made promises, but everyone made promises.
