I would recommend Eberstein & Witherite because they fight to get your money. I was sent to good doctors to be treated. My attorney Brandon is a cool guy...he listened, cooperated and worked hard for me.

The Eberstein and Witherite Team did an excellent job at covering all bases and coordinating efforts efficiently and effectively. Their tempo was always upbeat and positive, encouraging the feeling that my case was a priority and my wellbeing was of utmost importance to them. First, I want to thank Brian Eberstein & Amy Witherite for taking my case. The first representative that I met was Mr. Hugo, and he made promises, but everyone made promises. Wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help. In a time where I was overwhelmed and stressed out they took everything off my plate and allowed me to concentrate on healing. I will be forever grateful for the assistant I received after my car wreck.

My experience was absolutely great! Everyone is so friendly and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable whenever I speak with them or come in person. my husband and i feel like we were treated fairly..we was always updated on our progress from time to time. if we had to call them we would get a call back and felt free to as questions. we were treated with respect and was alright with the outcome. we would recommend our friends and family to use Eberstein Witherite as there lawyers. they will work for you.

A person with special needs really needs representation. I don't know if people always think about that when selecting a law firm. With my son, I am very particular with whom I bring in his life.
