Horrible service! It’s been almost 2 months since my car accident and between myself and my insurance company we can not get ahold of my attorney or my case manager so The insurance company can take my statement. So now I am stuck without a car, since my insurance company can’t release the gap payment until they get a statement. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

HORRIBLE experience. Everything from lack of communication to NOT paying off the medical bills that were supposed to have been paid thru this firm from my settlement. Months after my case was settled I get a bill from the hospital. This should have already been paid. And this particular bill was the last one they were waiting to receive before sending the demand letter to the insurance company. This law firm is a joke!! They dont fight for you, they choose to withdraw your case and dont give you a reason as to why. I guess if you are not severely hurt then you dont matter, I guess it also doesn't matter if you are rear ended (which I thought was deemed the other parties fault) should be open and shut. If I am rear ended again, I will not choose EW Lawyers to represent me, cause it is not about you (client).

Thank you Ebw for making me and my kids homeless and in a shelter again. Its been almost a year and a half and no relief. Because I have severe back spasms its hard to go to work and stay to make money. Ive tried to make ends meet but with 5 kids and even with assistance its hard. If its not a big case you are put on back burner.
