Regina Ramos Was THE BEST! While others told me to call the adjuster myself when I had issues with a rental or my car settlement, she herself was willing to call them for me and figure out any issues immediately. She was very on it and I felt in my heart she was very genuine. She definitely is very dedicated to her job and really cares about helping others.
