No communication, returned calls, emails, or texts. The only time I actually spoke with someone was when I signed the contract. There was 0 guidance, as this was my first accident. I have tried multiple times to contact them to only be placed on hold, be told someone would call me in 2-3 days, and at one point I was told that they could see me in the system but could not find who was handling my case. It's been weeks trying to reach someone with no luck. Very disappointing as it seems that the only focus is on advertising.
