I have an issue 1/7/2026 ...My Number is 770-895-7152...I haven't had a Phone call from my lawyer in 15 days after 6 VM and 4 emails....I am being deterred from managerial supervision with my case in the Atlanta office - through the phones . I just want what belongs to me and it seems that I am getting the run around on receiving my funds. I was told on several occasions that my money would be deposited into my bank account only to find out it was not deposited. My bank assured me that money was never sent nor rejected. At this point it is not looking good as I am going to have to see what legal route I can take against witherite law group in order to receive my funds.
