Witherite Law Firm made me sign a contract before they would answer any questions I had concerning my accident. They released me from my contract a few hours later (on the same day) after they decided not to take my case and a Letter of Withdrawal was emailed to me. Months later I receive a new Withdrawal Letter stating (again) that they decided not to take my case but that now I owed them over $1200. I regret to say that my experience with Witherwright Law Group has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. From the onset, I had hoped for a reliable and communicative legal representation, unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. I have been with Witherite Law Group since March 2023, my settlement offer was submitted in July 2023, I have been waiting on my offer for 60 days now and counting my attorney (Trevor Brice) is not much of assistance I have called and called with no response, he gave me a number of another Attorney who does not respond as well. We were in an accident in October. We have had an okay experience until we found out that we were switched over to another team. We have called and left multiple messages on the voicemail with in the last almost 2 weeks now. No response, no call back no nothing. To me communication is a big key when dealing with an attorney/ lawyer pertaining to anything. So I have decided to start looking into switching attorneys.
