I will not recommend this law firm to you. They will edit videos. They will edit recordings. You're not trustworthy. I never spoke to my lawyer more the mornings they took the opposing side. Information is evidence. Instead of investigating. They are very unprofessional. They don't send you to doctors.They send you to nurse practitioners

But not understanding what is going on I've been trying to contact my lawyer since 9/9 of this month. This law is smoke and mirrors!! Do not use them. They never return calls. They are very unprofessional. I don't understand how they got on the radio in Atlanta. Every time I hear Amy's voice it erks me to my core!! I would never recommend them.
Witherite Law Firm made me sign a contract before they would answer any questions I had concerning my accident. They released me from my contract a few hours later (on the same day) after they decided not to take my case and a Letter of Withdrawal was emailed to me. Months later I receive a new Withdrawal Letter stating (again) that they decided not to take my case but that now I owed them over $1200.
