But not understanding what is going on I've been trying to contact my lawyer since 9/9 of this month. This law is smoke and mirrors!! Do not use them. They never return calls. They are very unprofessional. I don't understand how they got on the radio in Atlanta. Every time I hear Amy's voice it erks me to my core!! I would never recommend them.
Witherite Law Firm made me sign a contract before they would answer any questions I had concerning my accident. They released me from my contract a few hours later (on the same day) after they decided not to take my case and a Letter of Withdrawal was emailed to me. Months later I receive a new Withdrawal Letter stating (again) that they decided not to take my case but that now I owed them over $1200. I regret to say that my experience with Witherwright Law Group has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. From the onset, I had hoped for a reliable and communicative legal representation, unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. We were in an accident in October. We have had an okay experience until we found out that we were switched over to another team. We have called and left multiple messages on the voicemail with in the last almost 2 weeks now. No response, no call back no nothing.
